This module compares relative performance of varieties or treatments within a trial or across all trials, locations, and years, and also analyzes genotype x environment (GXE) interactions.

Analyze GXE interactions via ecovalence based on the partitioning of the interactions sums of squares, stability variance, cultivar superiority which integrates relative performance as well as stability, Eberhart Russel regression, or the Nassar-Huehns ranks test.
Run AMMI (Additive Main effects and Multiplicative Interaction) analysis of varieties across locations, complete with a bi-plot.
Create performance grids to identify varieties within a multi-location trial exceeding percent of check(s), trial mean, or a specific variety. This helps also to identify specific interaction patterns and specific adaptation of varieties.
Perform Head-to-Head comparisons of any two varieties (or any one variety against a group of varieties) across any or all trials, years, and locations for all, or selected data. This is another way to assess response to selection and promotion of varieties up a system of yield trials.
Create user-defined multiple trait selection indices. This includes truncation selection as well as indices with weights.
Summarize the performance of varieties for up to twenty years with a Multi-Year Summary. For typically unbalanced data as varieties change over years, rolling averages and new LSDs and Cvs are re-computed for balanced comparisons within each year or location.
Query or collect data for any group of varieties or genotypes from any or all years, locations, experiments, or nurseries.
Query or collect varieties or genotypes from any or all years, locations, experiments, or nurseries depending upon whether they fit a criterion for one or more traits. This is an especially powerful tool to identify genotypes as future parents for crossing or possible release as new cultivars.
